In that role, she provided confidential administrative support to multiple publishers, sales leaders, and editorial staff. Her responsibilities spanned CRM database management, advertising coordination, proposal development, and internal reporting. She also created and distributed monthly sales e-newsletters, developed editorial and sales research surveys, produced client web analytics reports, and managed logistics for over 20 trade shows annually.
