PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting www.rozinsecurity.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Rozin Security Consulting LLC (“Rozin”).  Please carefully review this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).  By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms set forth below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this Site. Rozin may, in its sole discretion, revise this Policy at any time; therefore, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of the Policy.

Although Rozin strives to provide timely, accurate materials, Rozin makes no representations, warranties or assurances as to availability, accuracy, currency or completeness of this Site or its contents.  Rozin shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, inability to access, or use of this Site, including, without limitation, any damages or injury arising from any links to other sites contained within or referred to in this Site.

Privacy Generally

Rozin respects the privacy of its online visitors and is committed to preserving your right to privacy.  Rozin does not collect identifying information about you (such as your name, address, credit card information, telephone number or e-mail address), unless you voluntarily submit that information to Rozin through the Contact Us page or by other means (i.e., when purchasing Rozin products or via e-mail).

We receive and store any information you enter on our Site or give us in any other way. Examples of what we collect includes your name, credit card number, billing and shipping addresses, IP address, browser type and other personal and non-personal information necessary to operate the Site and ensure that any orders you place on the Site are efficiently and accurately processed. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming an order but transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

Collection of Non-Personal Information

We collect non-personal information about your use of the Site through the use of a standard technology referred to as “cookies.”  Cookies allow Rozin to monitor the number of people using the Site, to determine which aspects of the Site are most popular among visitors, to determine the length of time visitors access the Site, and to develop methods for improving the Site.

Most browsers offer instructions on how to reset the browser to reject cookies in the “Help” section of the toolbar.  However, because cookies allow you to take advantage of some of the Site’s essential features, we recommend that you leave them turned on. For instance, if you block or otherwise reject cookies from our Site, you will not be able to add items to your Shopping Cart, proceed to Checkout, or use any Rozin products or services that require you to sign in.

Indeed, when you visit the Site, Rozin may automatically collect certain non-personal information about you, such as the domain name from which you access the Internet, the IP address of the computer you are using, the Internet address from which you linked directly to the Site, or the type of browser or computer operating system you use.

Information and Distribution

Any personal information that you submit to Rozin via the “Contact” page will only be used within Rozin’s domain.  Any non-personal information that is automatically collected by Rozin will be maintained indefinitely by Rozin and used for Rozin’s internal business and marketing purposes, such as assessing Site usage and traffic patterns. Except as provided below, no personal information collected by Rozin via the Site will be sold or otherwise disclosed to third parties; provided, however, Rozin reserves the right to disclose any information if Rozin determines that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, or to defend its rights or property, or to respond to an emergency situation.

Affiliated Businesses We Do Not Control. We work closely with affiliated businesses. In some cases, these businesses may sell offerings on the Site and in other cases, we sell product lines jointly with these businesses. You can tell when a third party is involved in your transactions, and we share customer information related to those transactions with that third party.

Third-Party Service Providers. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Business Transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy policy. Also, in the event that Rozin, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Rozin may include links to other websites that will permit you to leave the Site. Rozin does not own, control or operate such links or their websites, and Rozin is not responsible for the contents of any linked website or any link contained in a linked website.  The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement of the website, or any product or service.  The use and/or privacy provided by the operator of a linked website as to any information you provide in accessing a linked website is in no way subject to this Policy.  Each linked website may have its own policies that could differ considerably from this Policy, or the linked website may not display any privacy policy at all.  In any event, even though a linked website may be accessed through the Site, Rozin cannot be responsible for any use that a linked website may make of your information.

We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Rozin and an individual.
