Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a nationally recognized leader in proactive threat mitigation and intelligence‑driven security services.

Kathryn is also the co-founder of Rozin Technologies, home to the proprietary TIPS® (Threat Information Protection System) platform—a groundbreaking software solution designed to help organizations detect, track, and respond to evolving threats with speed and precision.

Kathryn conceptualized and launched Rozin University, an elite online training and certification platform offering advanced education in SIRA® (Suspicion Indicators Recognition and Assessment), Red Team Academy®, and Workplace Violence Prevention. These programs have strengthened professional development pathways for security professionals across the U.S.
