SIRA®: Suspicion Indicators Recognition and Assessment
SIRA® is Rozin Security’s proprietary behavior-based threat detection system. Built on proven field methods, it empowers frontline personnel to recognize and intercept man-made threats—before harm occurs.
Our SIRA training has directly contributed to interventions that prevented acts of targeted violence, including arrests made during attempted active shooter incidents that could have resulted in significant loss of life.
High-stakes violence involves two elements: intent and means. SIRA® is built on the fact that individuals planning violent acts often reveal observable indicators that can be detected through proper training.
The SIRA® System Includes
This effective and proactive system allows trained security and law enforcement professionals to identify high-risk individuals—such as terrorists, active shooters, or violent criminals—before an incident occurs, thus enhancing security and law enforcement agencies’ abilities to prevent violent attacks.

Red Team Academy®
The Red Team Academy® covers all theoretical and practical methods for conducting quality Red Team assessments such as physical security, technical, and social engineering methods.
The program combines classroom learning with immersive, real-world training exercises. Participants gain hands-on experience by conducting live Red Team assessments in complex, fully operational environments, simulating conditions to test and expose vulnerabilities in real time.
